Green and Lean Smoothie

This is the perfect pick-me-up smoothie during that mid-afternoon slumber. The banana will thicken the texture so if you’d prefer it to be a thinner drink, substitute the banana for berries or mango. Add more honey depending on how sweet you like your smoothies.

Ingredients

1/2 cup spinach
1/4 cup sliced green apple
1/4 cup banana
1 tbp honey
100ml Grape & Lemon Simplee Aloe
