Libby’s Aloe and Passion Fruit Chia Pudding

Summer days call for Sunshine Breakfasts!  This combination is a one stop shop for a healthy digestion, packed full of soluble fibre, prebiotics from the chia, passionfruit and aloe plus probiotics from coconut yogurt.

75g coconut yogurt
1.5 passion fruit
80ml almond milk
2 tbsp Simplee Aloe Aloe Vera inner gel
2 tbsp chia seeds

Mix all the ingredients together except 1/2 of the passion fruit. Leave to soak for an hour or 2, top with the remaining passion fruit.
