Halloween Pumpkin Spice Almond Butter Cups

Our latest recipe is so indulgent, with surprisingly few ingredients! Try our Halloween recipe below and wash it down nicely with a cold Aloe Vera water 😉 Perfect for parties!


200g dark chocolate
500g almonds
¼ cup coconut sugar
2 tsp pumpkin spice mix
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp ground ginger
1tsp ground allspice
¼ tsp ground nutmeg

In a ramekin, combine all of the ingredients for the pumpkin spice mix and set to one side.

Put the almonds into a food processor, and process for 10-15 minutes until the almonds have turned into a creamy nut butter – depending on your food processor, this may take a little less or a little more time than stated. Add in the coconut sugar and pumpkin spice and process for a further 60 seconds.
Pour the almond butter into a jar and set to one side.

Melt the dark chocolate and pour ½ tbsp into 8 cupcake cases, then put in the fridge to set. Once set, put ½ tbsp of the pumpkin spice almond butter in the centre of each of the cases, then place in the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove from the freezer, and pour ½ tbsp of chocolate over the top, covering almond butter, then place in the fridge to set.

Sprinkle over a dusting of pumpkin spice mix on each cup and enjoy!
