Aloe to Immunity

We’ve been told to prepare ourselves for a freezing cold February, so what better time to boost our immune systems?! This vibrant looking smoothie tastes as good as it looks and is packed full of beneficial ingredients! This is the ideal morning beverage to get your day off to a happy and healthy start.
1/2 large orange, peeled
1/2 cup pineapple
1 carrot, cut into chunks
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Small piece of ginger (1/2 inch chunk)
2 Medjool dates, unpitted
3-4 tbsp. Simplee Aloe aloe vera supplement (Original or Cranberry)
1/2 cup water (or Almond milk for creamier texture)
Place all ingredients into a blender and whiz on high speed. Add additional water or milk for a thinner consistency and some honey if you’d like it sweeter!
